I’ve worked in IT of some sort most of my three plus decades as an adult. Everything from building and servicing PCs, through web hosting and email troubleshooting, and domain registry administration, to video games Artist, then Community Manager.

I’ve managed online communities for video games, the longest for eight years, and for an album release by a major international band, for only a matter of a few months. I’m familiar with fan community practice and policy development, as well as on the hoof crisis management. I am expert at being the interface between creatives and their fans.

I have a science degree, majoring in psychology, but including chemistry and biological sciences, am neurofunky, and have PTSD. I’m intelligent. I like to share my ideas in writing, rather than by speaking, hence this site.
